personally I would say no its not ok.
I know it is only a four year age differnce but at your age, that 4 years represents a lot more than it dies when you get older. Stay friends, and maybe one day when you are both older something could happen, but for now I think it wuld be best for you to both find people your own age.

 Unfortunately, no. You may expect things from her that she is too young for, and your relationship can go awry. She may feel uncomfortable if she is ever teased, and you may feel that way too. Your girlfriend may just feel like she wants a boyfriend who is older and more mature, but it may not lead to the right decisions.

 I did that very thing and sorely regret it. I thought it was OK because he was mature for his age and we never got further than kissing, but because he was so immature, and it was on my conscience, I ended it very quickly. Don't do it =]
