 If the age range you state is correct, and he's the same age group, then the advice is simple.
Don't do anything!
He's gotta make up his own mind. His heart says "Wow", but his hormones say that he wants to chase as much skirt as is humanly possible.
So, live your own life. Talk to whoever you feel like talking to, and if he talks to you, just smile as if you know something he doesn't.
But what you SHOULDN'T do is kiss him again. You don't want to be another skirt he chases, do you?

Get to know him more and perhaps even ask him out, just be direct about it and I'm sure he'll come around, but by the sounds of it he really likes you
