writes:I'm 13 and I do woodwork in school. It's very hard,and the teacher lets me away with EVERYTHING!I take out my phone in class,and he doesn't mind. I walk around the classroom all the time and I never do my work! And I didn't do my homework,and neither did the guy beside me and he gave him a bad note,but I didn't do the homework and he didn't give me a bad note. He comes over to help me cut the wood,because I can't do it,and he comes really close to me. My face goes SO red when he comes near me,because I fancy him! And his face goes red too. I always look up and he looks at me and we do be looking at each other for like 10 seconds. I wear my school skirt really short,and when I'm leaning over my desk or bending down to pick up something or when he asks me to bend down,my best friend that sits beside me says that he looks up my skirt and at my legs. What's the situation?

For one he is probaly in a current relationship (married or not)and two: Babe he's never gunna go out wid choo. Its illegal to be in a relationship with your teacher and pretty sick. If it were to happen, you'd both get in serious trouble. Its a crush, you'll get over it. He's prob just nice looking and you go awwh he's cute...

 Sadly you know nothing can happen from this and when you are older you will look back and laugh at yourself due to the things you are doing in order to receive this kind of attention. If you are a hardworking pupil then of course teachers favour their pupils that way but most of what you say is what you have made in your head or else it is dangerous and he could lose his job.
Just think of this as a teacher crush and get on with being young! :)

you are too young to be romantically involved with your teacher, sorry but it is true. it is normal to fancy someone older and often we do find ourselves attracted to a teacher especially if the teacher is reasonably young. your friend might be making it up about him looking up your skirt, Im not trying to be mean saying that but what I am trying to say is that he probably cares about you in the way a teacher should, not another way.
if he helps you in class it sounds as if he is trying to encourage you and get on well with you, Im guessing you are probably in 1st year? teachers understand they have to build a good relationship with their students as starting in secondary school can be hard, so please try not to assume he is romantically interested. I agree with dmartin89, you are still very young and should be concentrating on school, not taking your phone out in class and being more interested in the teacher.

 First of all, even if this man does like you and it's not all in your head he's still not a pedophile - pedophiles are people attracted to prepubesant childeren, of which you are not. Still this man's behavior is extremely innapropriate IF he is looking up your skirt, the other things I've mentioned are most likely just him being busy being a teacher.
I don't really know what you want us to say, you say you "really fancy him". We are not going you validate your behavior, it is totally inappropriate and shameful for you to bend down suggestively infront of a teacher. This is not a game, its life and if you carry on like this then you will be expelled and he could be fired, never teach again and put on the sex offenders register - even if he has done nothing. Are you really willing to risk yours and this mans life?

That is not ok!
You need to tell someone about this right away, pedophiles can be dangerous, and besides that, it is extrememly inappropriate!
Please find someone your own age, as well. This whole situation has trouble written all over it!
