Just relax you could just be late. I know im a guy and all but my girl was late 10 days one month. If your late it is caused by stress, loss of weight like 10 pounds. I think you will be ok time will tell. O yea if you are spotting then you have nothing to worry about because your period is just late.

 You very well could be pregnant. You have 72 hours from the time that you had sex to use the Morning After Pill to prevent a pregnancy. If this has already passed, take and over the counter pregnancy (follow the directions to the letter) test 5 days before your next period is due. Hope things work out for you.
Now that you have had unprotected sex, make sure that you are tested for any transmissible diseases, especially if you have sex with someone new. It's important to protect others from spreading HIV - if there is any possibility that you might have contacted it from unprotected sex, you have to keep track of your own sexual history and health. Always use a condom, every single time.
