writes:Ok, so I like my best friend's cousin, and i thought he liked me to. My friend seid she was pretty sure he did and then his friend texted me and seid that he thought my crush liked me back. After that 2 of my crush's friends asked me if i liked him and i just kinda blew them off and changed the subject. Then yesterday I was thinking about him all day so i decided to ask him straight out if he liked me. He's kind of shy around me and i think he kinda freeked out at the question(it took him 15 min to reply) but he finally answered "As a friend". I was crushed by my crush! I was so sure he liked me. But now i keep thinking that maybe he was just embarassed or just didnt want to admit it to me. Am i being desparet or is it possible that he does really have a crush on me to?I feel like i'm just trying to find hope so please tell me wat you think.

 You blew off his friends and then asked HIM if he liked you. Of course he's going to crush you. He heard from his friends that you thought of him only as a friend. The fact that it took 15 minutes for him to answer you means HE LIKES YOU!!!!
But all is not lost. The way you should do it, and the way you SHOULD HAVE DONE IT is to go and admit to him that YOU LIKE HIM. Be direct and put your own dignity on the line first.
