I wondered how you were getting on with the advice you have been given? I know it is quite scary for you to be feeling these things, especially since you are obsessing with your sister. However, i put forward to you that it is not your sister you are obsessed with, but just the thought of a naked female body in general.
If this is the case, then 'mother' is right, and you do need a girlfriend. Or at least look at some porn or something. You most definately have to do something to quench your thirst without invading your sisters space, and privacy.
I am pretty sure what you have done is illegal, so i recomend you get rid of the tape if you haven't already done so.
Please talk to a qualified person of some sort, because at this site we can't offer you the support and advice that you clearly need

 I just have a feeling that these sorts of incest questions (and we have had a lot of them) are totally inappropriate and half the time are made up.
BUT...
If this is true, then you have some serious issues to sort out. I suggest that you start to look for help, ask your GP to refer you for psycho-sexual counselling.

Is it normal?....As long as you're alive, and breathing God's air, it's entirely normal to develop these kind of interest.
However, is it acceptable?....Nope! It's not something that is acceptable or considered by thought amongst many, but it doesn't rule out that this developed behavior is not normal.

Whoa, whoa, NO.
First off, you are SO invading her privacy and you have a super (creepy) obsession with her. Even if you WEREN'T her brother, you would still be crossing SO MANY boundaries. You need to seek help. You need to get that camera out of her room, you need to take the video and destroy it. If someone caught you, they would call the cops on you.
You need to go straight to a psychologist and figure yourself out. This obsession with your sister has got to stop and it's going to desroy your family. Especially your sister! She'll never be able to look at you again.
If you really want to stop this obsession, destroy the stuff and go straight to a psychologist. There's nothing else we can help you do.
