probably all down to nerves. being that it was supposed to be your first time you were probably really nervous and worried about your performance. don't worry it happens to alot of guys!
next time take things slow, relax a little. soft lights, calming music and plenty of foreplay! you will get going eventually. maybe you weren't really ready for sex?

 Don't worry this is normal.
When my boyfriend and i first started to have sex he couldn't keep an errection but its nothing to do with you not being attracted to your girlfriend its because your nervous.
When you next try, take things slower. Play around with each other first and when you think your ready relax and try. Don't feel embarressed if you lose it just go back to the start and try again. It will work.
