 I know people who experience anxiety frequently. Have a discussion with your doctor about this as this can be helped.
If you're concerned that you're pregnant, buy a test, read and follow the instructions, then you'll know.
Being anxious is more common than you think and if it is causing problems for your daily life, it's time to deal with it. See the doctor for more help.

 You might have a mild form of anxiety. Nothing clinical, just some nervousness that can easily be treated.
Are there any events coming up that might be causing stress? Big life changes? End of a relationship?
