Sounds like you're just building up a lot of sexual tension when you masturbate and it continues to build until it reaches breaking point.
I've heard of women who with a bit of concentration can actually make themselves have an orgasm without actually touching themselves. So when this happened/happens, are you thinking about anything in particular or does it just come completely out of the blue?
Other than that... I've got no idea what could be going on barring some unique wire crossing in your brain.
