Hi there, Im 37 and live with my partner of 14 years and have two sons aged 6 and 11. Let me start by saying that I am a flirt, but with no intent on hurting anybody, just friendly. I wish I could say the relationship was flawless but as we all know that dosnt happen. There is a 7 year age difference between us but we are like two pees in a pod, very alike. It all started when I met this girl at work on the nightshift, we got friendly and feelings grew but there was no way that I would even consider going out with her because I loved my partner so much. We started texting each other which made me feel like a boy again, doing wrong it was a buzz, we started getting a bit more dirty with texts, which was fun but had started to worry me about what would happen if my partner found out. So I told her to stop just as my partner found one of the messages, I told her it was not going to happen again and she accepted that.We went on holiday and that was it forgot. When I went back to work I could feel the tension between us but I was happy to get on with my life and let it settle, at a night out she was all over me, and my partner started to put it all together, we all got drunk and went back to the girls flat, my partner said I was up the stairs with her for 45 mins and when she came to get me I told her to "ffff ooo and go back down the stairs" I dont remember any of this. My problems were only just starting will finish later. ta

shania agony auntIm a bit confused here?....Did you tell your partner to "fff ooo?...or the girl that was after you? Either way,you didn't handle it very well.Ok,so you had a few to drink, but you should be still aware of your actions, and what you are doing with this girl.If your partner said you were upstairs with your lady friend for a good 45 mins, then it wasn't your stamp collection that you were showing her.You haven't showed any consideration to your partner and she doesn't deserve this.If i was you,i would avoid this other woman (unless you love the attention) and concentrate on your family....dont forget, you have 2 children to think about. You say you love your partner....well then, prove it.
