If it's set on your computer that it logs directly into his account erase all your cache, history, cookies, and temp internet files. If you know the password... Well then you'll have to resist temptation, since he's your ex one day you will see a message that you really wish you wouldn't have. It's pretty low, but as q1605 said- all is fair in love and war.

g1605 brings a valid point. We can tell you it's wrong, but how many of us would have no trouble whatsoever NOT doing it? Not many I think..

It's commendable that you've come looking for help to stop yourself from doing somethign that you could very easily get away with.

LOL.. at least you recongnize that this isn't right and are asking for help. But if you can't maintain selfcontrol, then yes.. if you go to TOOLS-INTERNET OPTIONS, you can deleat cookies so that all the account passwords/logins are wiped from the computer's memory.

Umm just don't do it. Delete your browsing history so it won't automatically show up and will get rid of your temptation if you just can't get in. Think about his privacy, it's rude. And you may see things you don't want to see. He's your ex, so whatever he's up to is his own business.
