You need to stop tempting yourself, it is disrespectful to his wishes as well. Phone sex is the furthest you can go sexually without actually having sex. Or just speaking to each other in a sexual way. As soon as you start touching you have crossed the line for what is "safe". If you tease yourself and get into it with touching and getting all hot and heavy.. you'll just make it worse for yourself. And him. You're actually pressuring him into having sex with you! And you KNOW he doesn't want it! So respect that and keep your hands to yourself when you know where it leads.

Anything near sex. involving pleasure, is sex too. I mean, oral sex, masturbation, and so on. That's sex too and you can stay considering you a virgin if you have such experience, even if there was no intercourse. So, if your boyfriend plans to stay a virgin there is no much to do in that area. It will be very difficult for you to stay without sex since you aren't a virgin and you are attracted to him physically.

 How do you have sex without having sex? Well thats just a silly question because it just cant happen. Off course there is foreplay you can both do by using your fingers and mouth and also he could maybe use a dildo on you if he would be comfortable with that.
