Like the previous advise given, wipe it off with your hand. If you want to do it discretely then as you are down there sucking, just twist and twirl your hand up and over the end of his penis and wipe it off that way. Failing that, why don't you suggest spicing this up and including some squirty cream... that way at least the cream will take the taste away for you.

 Just wipe it off with your hand or drink some water. Some guys have pre-cum that is much more unpleasant to deal with than actual cum, and some guys have very watery and tasteless pre-cum. Maybe he could look into what he's eating?

 That is what is known as pre-cum. It is a lubricating few drops meant to coat the vagina prior to ejaculation and is usually a bit more sour than cum. Most of my girlfriends didn't seem to mind, but some just wiped it away prior to taking the sperm load. The pre-cum, according to some girls, is very gooey and hard to swallow. Wipe it off and then you can easily swallow his cum.
