Is he asking if I love life? Or am I in love do I have a bf?.. So how would I answer this? I'm really shy when it comes to talking to guys that I sometimes don't how to respond back, and well i don't know how to answer.. Thanks for taking the time to read and answering :)

 I think he was asking if you had a boyfriend, but there is nothing wrong with telling him you didn't understand the question.
Word of advice...I strongly suggest you learn to get over being shy, especially with men, or you'll find yourself walked all over.

 Oh well. You write him back, " sorry I am not sure I understood what you meant by this question, do you mean if I am in love with somebody, or if I love my life ? " As simple as that :)
Personally - but obviously this is only a guess - I think he meant if you have someone special IRL - i.e. if you are taken or free.
