 You may know, you may not. It depends if you're staring at his nether regions and I pity him if you are, poor lad! It also depends what's he's wearing you may not be able to see. I'm only guessing, if there's someone you like and you're trying to see if he likes you (?), this isn't the best way to go about it!

 Not sure why you want to know if he has an erection ? Boys of that age get erections for all sorts of reasons, but just because they fancy a girl! Your only 15 so I wouldnt be worrying about all that just yet. When your 16 and you embark on a relationship with a guy you will know if he has an erection!

Trust me you will know when he is aroused and has an erection though if he is a typical teenage boy he will probably get all embarrassed at the fact that he's turned on so he will probably pull away act shy and go red in the face slightly and try to cover the area with his top or something, then maybe want to go to the toilets straight away...

 dear reader i totaly agree with "yos" you don't need to be worrying about all that just yet. i will say this though if a boy has an erection you will know about it 9 times out of 10 you'll see it (through the clothes i hope!) a lot of boys play tricks tell you that "its" touching you behind your back when normally its just something in their hand try not to listen to all this you are under age and yes it is illegal so don't even think about itall the best xxx

 There's only one way to tell: you need to see it. However at age 15 its best to not get too close to erections, I'd focus on getting to know their owners instead.
