 Theres nothing you can do if he doesnt like you aqnd if he likes someone eles, Id just drop it and move on stop talking to him and see if he talks to you, if he does ask him why he wants to talk to you all the time.

 You can't force someone to return feelings, it just doesn't work. Plus, everything else is acting against you, the age gap, the fact he likes someone else. It seems like there's no chance of anything coming from the situation. My advice would be to stop flirting if all he does is wind you up. I'm sure there's plenty people that would like you if you spoke to them x
