You should get an ap for your doctor hunny, Sometimes a brown/red discharge is to do with your period. Have you had problems before with your periods while on this pill? The best advise I can give is go to your doctor sweetheart it sounds more like period cramps, but you really need to get this checked out...TAKE CARE WITH LOVE N HUGS MANDY XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

Abdominal pain and cramping can be a sign of a miscarriage. I would suggest you check out this website:http://www.emedicinehealth.com/miscarriage/page3_em.htm
And consider getting into your doctor for a check up.

When an egg is fertilised, it floats from the fallopian tube to the huterus and it takes time to anchor strongly. The first month is the most crucial and many miscarriages happen soon after conception. Miscarriage is often caused by mental or physical stress, but very often by abnormalities within the egg, alcohol abuse, drugs (including the pill!) or infections.
However, you probably won't experience the pain of labour!
Anyway, you're on the pill, therefore don't want a baby.
Are you worried about how effective it actually is?
The answer is about 94%.

Seems weird to me. Sorry, i don't know, but i think you should be checked out by a doc, because you shouldn't have breakthrough bleeding when on the pill. Worth checking it.
Good luck.
