How did he kiss her by mistake? Did he trip over something and she kept him from falling by catching him with her lips? Did he suffer from a halucination and think that she was you?
Maybe he realizes that kissing her was a mistake, but from your description, it sounds like he doesn't want to be with you anymore. You need to move on to someone better. Someone who won't kiss anyone but you.

 No one kisses anyone by mistake!!! There have obviously been problems in the relationship for him to let this happen. It sounds to me as if he's decided you and him aren't working out and this relationship has run its course. Talk to him, see exactly how it feels and if he IS bored then you need to let him go I'm afraid and find someone who can love you 100%.

 You don't kiss people by mistake, ok he might have regreated it but he knew what he was doing.
Maybe the fact that he told you and has now said he does not think you can get back what you had, is his way of getting out of the relationship.
Best off out of it i think.
