Next time he does that in front of you, give him your best dirty look, stick your foot out and hands on hips and say, "No more chily for you, on second thought, no more hugs and kisses either, you farting, burping piglet!"
And then turn around and walk off....be totally unimpressed and maybe he will get the hint and stop doing it.
