I went over to their house again and we just said hi to each other and he kept looking at me and then down the whole night. It feels awkward now with him and I dont really know how to react. I mean I like him but does he not like me anymore? He is 22 by the way

 Something tells me you should keep your relationship with him to these awkward moments together and don't take it further. Unless you want a wham-bam-thank you ma'am kind of affairs. He's just trolling for sex from the sounds of it. If he was looking for a relationship, he wouldn't start off with sex and not be awkward around you for turning him down.
