 Stop thinking about it too much. That could be a good cause of it. Well, to answer this, What are you doing different? (you can still have the same frequency of sex and usage of condoms and still be doing something different) Did anything drastic happen recently? Pregnancy scare? Stress at work? Less stress at work? Chances are that it can be mental and sometimes if you try to make it go longer, you may see the opposite affect in that it takes a shorter time. I think you need to answer those questions and the answer to your question may be clearer..
