Because it is Valentine's Day I thought I might do my good bit and spread some love and try to do a good deed today. If it helps maybe at least one person then good. Anyway there are so many different ways that a woman can achieve orgasm and sadly very few are able to achieve orgasms in all ways. Some can only achieve it through one way and some no way at all! So I want to give some advice from my experience and hopefully help you girls (and guys) to achieve all !

CLIT

Personallly I find orgasms via the clit is the most powerful and intense. These orgasms are generally multiple ones and make me feel like almost fainting when it is finished. To achieve this the best thing I can advise is to experiment with yourself. It is NOT down to your partner to make you orgasm but yourself. Actually it is true alot of it is a mental thing. Anyway so touch yourself and find what you like. When you find that spot / motion you like just keep on doing the same thing / motion and eventually you will orgasm. Or you can get your partner to go down on you. But this takes alot of stamina and patience on their part and they need to keep the motion consistent the whole time. Again they have to experiment with where that spot is for you and you have to be honest and tell them, whenthey find it again it is the same principle. Or alot of women seem to be able to achieve this through use of a vibrator. Personally I do not like vibrators as I find the orgams I can achieve by my own masturbation or by someone going down is far far far more powerful and intense!!!!! So try to see if you can achieve it on your own first before getting a secondary aide! :)

G SPOT

You have to put your two middle fingers inside yourself-you will feel a slight bump on your front vaginal wall. That is it! The motion is sort of in and out while moving your two fingers back and forth at the same time (if that makes sense...the famous come hither motion with your finger while actually moving your hand inside and outside) Keep doing it but try doing it fast. Best thing is to stimulate your clit first then try the G spot in this motion - should do the trick. Again it is patience and stamina...after a while your arm does start hurting! I find it is best however experimenting by yourself to find out what you like other than relying on a partner to see what you like. Personally I think G spot orgasms are a bit over-rated...they are ok but I have had more intense, powerful ones by clit or penetration.

SQUIRTING

Truly I believe every woman can squirt. This can only be achieved by some form of internal penetration from my experience. To do this it is a similar area of the G Spot but the angle or your hand, vibrator, penis, whatever is different. When doing the G Spot the angle of the back of your hand may be somewhat flat...ie resting slightly on the bed. To squirt your hand needs to be in a more upward motion. I would suggest putting your bottom perhaps on a pillow to help achieve this angle. So the back of your hand will not be flat but facing upwards if this make sense. And you stimulate the similar area of the G Spot. Find the area that makes you feel as though you need to wee. ( I would recommend having a wee also before trying this) When you locate that area then stimulate it very rapidly and repeatedly, at times it feels slightly uncomfortable-like that feeling where you really need to wee but are miles from home and having to hold it! Once you start getting that feeling then you need to push downwards with your muscle. Doing this will make you squirt. Squirting again I think is over-rated and I am certain the women you see in porn are just acting up for the camera. I mean it is ok but again I have had far more intense, powerful orgasm. Squirting feels more like needing to go for a wee and holding it for ages then finally a release. Thats the best way I can describe. The liquid is clear and odourless. I find the angle at which your hand, vibrator, penis etc whatever is can determine how much more liquid there will be. Also be sure to put a towel on the pillow/bed before you do this as you will make a mess and it can leave white stains if you have plain dark coloured sheets!

AFE ZONE

This is a great orgasm...combine this with a clit orgasm simultaneously and it is the best orgasm you can ever imagine! This is achieved via penetration (or perhaps vibrator) I do not think it will work with just finger but perhaps it will for some women. But to achieve this position is important - depending on how flexible you are what works great is legs flat on your chest and knees resting on my shoulder. But find a position that starts stimulating in an area that feels very very intensely sexual-almost painful but in a good way if that makes sense. Your intuition will be to stop that it may be too much and you cant take it but I say jsut keep going. ( OF course if you are in actual PAIN as opposed to pleasureable pain then STOP !!! ) Also arching your back at a certain angle helps I find. Anyway once you reach that stage I think most women stop as they dont think they can take it. But just try to push your limits and you will start orgasming. The orgasms are like contractions and eventually you will have multiples.

HI THIS WAS MY POST / GUIDE.
