It's a long distance relationship and i can only get private with her in hotel due to parental issues, therefore i can't just ask her to have a shower lol when she already has, it comes off very rude.

Some women are more fussy about being clean, especially if it is a first date, early on in the relationship, etc. Many women go pee before sex. It's kinda impossible to get every drop. Some women wipe better than others...some wipe and leave the tissue crumblies behind...now THAT'S a nice treat that will make your gourd rise, and not in a good way.
You just hafta love oral man. Get into it, and look past that stuff. After all, men pee and cum from the same place, and many women love it. Or, do the shower thing.

 Well, it's possible she may leak a little bit when she gets excited. That can happen and could cause what you're tasting. I would suggest maybe warming her up with your hand. If you don't mind the tast of her vaginal fluids, then get her stimulated and rub that around the area a little before you go in. That should cover the smell and taste of urine.
