writes:My girlfriend and I have been dating for 4 months now. She loves me very much from everything I can see. We've made plans do take trips together far into the future. She gets excited every-time she comes over and seems to miss me a lot when we're away. Things seem to be good. A few months ago I saw her internet history by accident on her computer. It showed she looked at a porn site and then looked at a picture of her ex. This was bugging me so I brought up to her what I saw and said Im sure its nothing but I just wanted to let you know. She said it was nothing. Just checking him facebook because she had learned he moved away. Her best-friend from home is in town and is going down to san diego for the night on friday. She is going to go with her. This ex from the past is in town and is going with them and a group of 6 other guys. I hate this. Even if I do trust her, She invited me to go but knew that I couldn't since I have to be somewhere early the next morning. I know what happens at drunk sleepovers where there isn't enough room to sleep and people get really drunk. Especially with a group of 6 guys. I can't tell her not to go though. That is a slippery slope going down the path of a guy that I do not want to become. The last thing I want to do is be controlling but this is giving me anxiety thinking about this night coming up.

 I don't know many who would be totally OK with that. I know you don't want to be controlling, but you can always tell her your concerns without demanding she skip it.

 I can totally understand where you are coming from and I don't imagine many people would be cool about this situation. Are there other girls going? You could get one of them to be your eyes and ears?
