 I think love is something that grows from knowing someone a long time, but it can be easy to think you love someone when really its something else. I also think that you're really the only one here who can tell whether he does or not, it depends who sincere he acts when he says it and wheter its followed up by how he behaves towards and around you. love is more than just a word, after all

 I think he fancies you alot, but i don't think he loves you. He may think he does, but in all honesty i think he to young to know what love really is. Just go along with it, maybe flirt with him back, enjoy it and most importantly have fun.
