writes:I love a girl in the university, but there are a lot of friends around and she is known to has a lot of lovers .. Some time ago i spoke to her for the first time and asked her to re-dye her hair red as it was before and after about a week almost done as requested and told me in front of some friends she did it for me .. I got her phone number from one of her friends and called her but she did not show any interest ..i apologized for my sudden connection .. After about two weeks to sit next to me deliberately for the first time in the lecture hall and started to talk to me in some puplic things after the end of the lecture she left all her friends and came to sit with me ..s?? apologized to me and said she was drunk and out-home and when she returned couldn`t find my telephone number .. We spent a wonderful time and in the end of the meeting i touched her hair and she did not mind, but was so excited ..i think i love her but she doesn`t know do you think that i can tell her ?

 I think this may be just a small beginning . Take it easy speak with her more , come closer , break more ice . Don`t tell her now . Just go slower and ask her a date then u can decide yourself . Good Luck

 Well she's not in love with you. And I think you are not in love with her too.
There is a differece between a crush and being in love.
I mean you are not even in a realationship ,so saying that you love her would only scare her off.
Take things slow. Ask her on a date, spend some time with her
I can quarantee you that saying you love her will only scare her off.

 No I honestly don't think it is a good idea to tell this girl that you love her. It will probably scare her and it will make her run a mile, probably the complete opposite of what you want. You need to try and take things slower. Ask her out on a date, its ok to tell her that you like her and flirt with her a bit but you need to give it time before you actually tell the girl that you love her, as believe me this will just scare her so instead ask her out and see if she is willing to spend time getting to know you.  I would not tell her that you love her just yet.
She seems to be a popular girl in school...and with a few lovers under her belt as well.
I would get to know her a little better first before sharing your true feelings for her. Just the things that you have mentioned so far, she seems a bit fickle ...a bit hot and cold with her...
So I would wait till I got to know her a little better.
