Personally, I'd have no complaints. I prefer to do my really serious lovemaking first thing in the morning, rather than at night when we're worn out. If there is any "annoyance" involved, it happens in the moments before the blowjob actually begins - when she has to get clothing or bedding out of the way to give her access. So if you want to give your B/F a real treat, convince him to sleep without any pajamas or underwear that would impede your advances.
On a somewhat related note, I LOVE it when my wife wakes me up in the middle of the night for sex. A quick, gentle, half-awake coupling, then drifting back to sleep still coupled in the "spoons" position is one of the most intimate feelings I know.
