Most girls do, or at least most of them that I know. I, for one, am very guilty of gushing to my gal pals when I need advice in a relationship or when I like someone, but there are some things in my relationship that I have shared with none of my friends. It's safe to say that yes, normally girls will admit to each other who they like and turn to each other for help and thoughts on the person, but at the same time it's safe to say that they don't share everything.

 A lot of girls do talk to their friends about guys. It's not just gossip, though, it's often because they feel insecure and want their friends to help analyse things for them. A long as she's not revealing anything private or intimate you've shared with her I think it's OK.

 I guess it depends from each girl's personality, so it's not a law- but yeah, in this age range , 13-15, love and romance things are pretty much a group thing and crushes , feelings and bfs are very often analyzed, commented and discussed in depth with a bunch of pals.
