I disagree with Just helping - although he's right about the strict rules.
Keep your crush to yourself. It may pass with time and then think how embarrassing it would have been if you had told her. Plus she might have told her head of department if there are rules about it in her school.
If it really is one in a million true love then it will still be there when you leave school and then you can ask her out.
What ever you do, just enjoy it and your dreams and work hard in her classes.

 Well, actually its not that weird for teenagers to have crushes on our teachers, as our hormones are raging etc. it is just a crush, it will wear off =D

Teachers follow a strict policy of not having relationships with students, it sounds like a crush that will wear off but you can still do somthing. I suggest you do somthing romantic, like give her some flowers or write her a poem, JUST keep it innocent! good luck.
