Now they are all single and want me again. I dont know what to do. I mean i am not seeing anyone right now and would love to be with one of them but cant decide whom . Let me provide more details :1. American Girl : Very nice, Pretty and Caring. Left me because she left for her homeland about 4 years ago. We were together for 9 months. She will be living in Berlin for atleast 3 Years2. French girl : Met at party, nice looking, hot. Been together for 3 weeks before she broke telling shes busy and want some time of her own, since she is new in berlin. She will stay 1 Year 3. German girl : have been together for 1 year before i left for other city . loves me but still we are on different cities. Hard to meet but still she wants me and is okay with far relationship4. Lithuanian girl : caring more like mother, Loves me and wants me. Will live here for atleast 4 years. So i dont know people need some help

 I would say the american girl because it seems to be the one that didn't really have a break up. You two were separated, not by choice. I just picture a sad goodbye which would have the best re uniting experience.
Although now my other opinion is that its not good to go back to past relationships which is why I wouldn't suggest any person who you went through a break up with.

 I know that life is dynamic and changing, we must keep an open mind, et cetera, yet I would say that apparently three of them might not stay in Germany. That might be important for you, or not, but it should be a factor. Maybe you want to move out to somewhere else.
I wonder if the circumstances that made all five of you (yep) break up are still there. But let's assume that doesn't matter.
I think I would go for the German girl. YOU left her, not the other way around. She seems to be the one more willing to be with you.
Next would come the Lithuanian, since she loves you and wants you, but what I would hold her against her is that she loves you like "mother". You're sleeping with her, not asking her to cuddle you and give you some pills because you have some pain in your tummy.
The French girl would definitely be out. She said that magical "I'm busy". If she had found you volcanically hot she wouldn't have been busy for you. Maybe you're better than meets the eye, but, still, women are apt at seeing through you, so I think she didn't like what she saw and now she might be wanting to have someone "for the time being". I don't know for sure, of course, but she will stay in Berlin "for one year". Maybe she will bid you an "adieu" in a short time. Which might be what you want after all.
The American girl would be out as well. Very nice, pretty and caring, but those nine months of unbridled passion meant little and she left for her country. I wonder if there were any tears and goodbyes in between, but she left. Maybe she had to, but, did she ask you to go with her?
Finally, I can offer you the best solution for your problem: I might help you with all four of them. It would be like being with Kali Ma, the Indian goddess with eight arms (or so), but...
