writes:i'm 16 and have small boobs. i dont mind the fact that they are not big but i hope that there is a chance they will grow. its the main thing im self concious about. i just hate being self concious about them. my friends have amazing bodies it makes me feel so unattractive.

Well there's a chance, but probably not. Most girls are done growing by 16 and some still grow until 18. And no, eating certain foods do not makes your boobs larger...if you start drinking beer all the time, the only that will grow is your gut. Otherwise, don't worry about it. Be happy with yourself and a lot of guys I know don't care about boob size, they're not going to date you because of the size of your boobs...at least when you're an adult and in the real world guys don't act all crazy about boobs like they do as teenagers.
Once you're a mature adult and you are still self conscious about your your size, there's always implants. And of course that's something you always do for yourself to feel better about yourself and no one else.

You can give them a helping hand by eating certain food and exercise and drink more beer.
As to what kind of food , you can Google them ,"make my breast bigger." There are loads of info there.

 First... they MAY still grow a little more. 16 may not the be full size yet.
But secondly, there is NOTHING wrong with smaller breasts. NOTHING. They're a blessing! If you're lucky enough to stop growing before they get much larger, you'll have fewer back aches, less shoulder aches, less sagging, more comfortable bras, and guys will actually be able to look you in the eyes occasionally. And besides that, even if guys were all you were concerned about, there are MANY men that PREFER smaller breasts (myself among them).

Only exceptions will be right before your period (they will swell up appearing bigger) and when you get pregnant they will get really big, probably twice to three times the size they are now. And those are the only two exceptions. I can totally understand how living in america you would want bigger breasts. I used to want them too when I lived in the states. But some of the prettiest girls I have ever met (not only pretty but COOL, which is just as important) have had small breasts. I have small breasts and I've caught guys with gfs with big breasts ignoring them and eyeing me...what I'm trying to say is you may not have big breasts but I'm sure you have OTHER features that no one else has and that is a feature you can accentute and use to your advantage. Its not the girls with the biggest breasts who stand out the most. Its the women who own their confidence are the ones who make the biggest impressions.
