 Masturbation doesn't give you cancer or any other disease, nor does it make you go blind! YOu will probably find your masturbation olympics will die down a little when you get a partner. Masturbation is NORMAL at your age, or any age and it is a good way to learn about your body and sexuality so that when you find a sexual partner you can communicate about your likes and dislikes.

 That's quite a lot (it IS a lot!!) but hey, you're 17, so I'm sure it's normal. There's no reason you'd get any illness from masturbation as long as you're relatively clean and not using anything else that could potentially lead to infection. Be careful that the frequency isn't chaffing the chap and causing sores that could lead to bleeding. I don't want to put you off by the way, but do take care of the fella.
