He always makes me laugh and I'm getting to like him more and more, other man approaches me in a different way they like to give me dirty comments (perverts). So I decided to give this guy a shot for my first date, never been on a date before with a guy he was my first to everything, I was not really introduce to "sex" when he start talking about it I ask him what is 69? what is foreplay? Honest to the man up there I have NO IDEA, he kept laughing at me like I'm retarded and he explained everything to me which I feel stupid that I ask him :(,I also told him I'm too scared to have sex he smiled at me and said he will wait until I'm ready and theres NO need for me to rush myself to it than he walked up to me lift my face up and kissed me on my forehead, eyes, nose, and my lips...my heart almost melt lol he said "your too cute" also he makes comments like deededeeee to me :( sometimes he laughed at me and said that I'm straight out from a box and that I don't know much about the world yet, I ask him one day why he calls me dededeeee he said I'm special to him which makes me feel like a complete retard,every time he makes comments like this he would walk up to me and hold my head against his chest, why do men act like this if they like a girl? Am I being used?

My problem was I didn't Know the meaning behind these words he talks about when we talk about sex.

I agree with the other answer, he probably couldn't believe how innocent you were not to know much about sex at 22 and that also projected a cute image of you in his eyes.
Trust me, you are not being used.
He sounds like a decent guy so just enjoy what you have and don't worry.

 No I don't think you are being used at all. My guess is that he was just shocked by how innocent that you are and therefore he laughed it off. I know that this can come across as quite mean, and I think if it makes you feel stupid you should tell him that.
At 22 you should have a fair idea about sex education, where you never taught it at school? Did you and your friends never discuss things like this? I honestly think you should take some time to research things on line so you have more knowledge on sex information.
