writes:I dont get it. Why don't guys reply when you text them. He's my mate, we're good friends hes often said that to me but i sometimes wonder. We dont talk much online as i have to start the convo and when we go out together hes always really shy around me, sometimes hes alright but he;s defenatly not normal. But i text him to see if he was coming out with some of our mates and he replies yea sure hes up for it. I text him to tell him what time to meet me and he doesnt text back. its not the first time hes done it, its happened before and when ive text the second time he answers and says hes coming. But if we;re good mates why cant he just text me bak or even talk to me!! I know im not the only one he doesnt always reply to but its got so weird because hes weird with me. People say hes more shy around me for some reason but he always says we're good friends. I know i wouldnt get no where if i said outright to him why are you like this. I dont get it!!

Some guys just don't have their phones on them all the time, some are rude, some are shy, some don't place as much emphasis on texting. Take your pick. There are loads of reasons. Chances are if he's shy, he has a nervous time just texting.
