writes:Hi guys,I'm new to this, never really posted a question before.Basically i've known this guy for many many years.. i used to fancy him LOADS about 5 years ago when i met him but let's just say, i was too young and hadn't got my looks then! However. we havent always been in touch! about 6 months ago (im now 19) we started talking loads.. and we really got on! We had so many long and nice conversations and he told me he really really likes me.. he's always been so chilled out and laid back.. He doesn't use facebook much or anything online and he's not much of a texter or a caller! We started texting on odd occasions but he hardly replies! When he does reply, he tells me how much he likes me and he says the sweetest stuff! I know he's genuine because i know him very well and he knows i have exams at the minute so i've said i can't see him till summer but why doesn't he reply to my texts?! I really like him and love flirtin with him.. i don't get why he doesn't reply sometimes.. HELP! Thanks :) x

It sounds like he's just a bit useless.
Guys often won't respond to texts unless there is a specific question in it.

I think if you want to talk to him then you just have to call him.
If he can't talk to you on the phone then you'll just have to leave him to it. He'll get in touch when he can be bothered to see you. If you've got bored and moved on by then, then it's his loss.
