 Stomach ache and cramps are common in girls just after losing their virginity, this is mainly down to the fact that you have just done an intense work out for the first time.
Imagine running a marathon with no training! You will ache for a few days and each time you have sex for a while as you are using muscles that you have never used before and they need training.
As aphex says please do make sure you practice safe sex as there are too many "am I pregnant" questions on here.
