Why did her feelings for me fade as soon as she moved in? Did she do all this just to use me?

A male United Kingdom age 51-59, *risey writes:

Before I met my girlfriend it was always her dream to come and liveand wrk in my country, we met and a long distance relationship developed, and we visited eachother. I moved Heaven and Earth for her and her Daughter to come over, never ever done so much for one person - but as soon as she moved in she turned cold and distant. No hugs, no kisses,no 'I Love You's'.

She had no money, I paid for everything,I was very romantic and expressed my love for her freely - but still nothing like the behaviour you would expect from your girlfriend, she said her feelings for me areconfused ! She picked arguments and fights and now after a month she is going out of my life and back to her home country. Why did she turn off her feelings for me as soon as she moved in ? Did she do all this just to use me ?

Im heartbroken ! :(
