But every french guy I meet always ends up flirting with me, telling me how beautiful I am, asking for my number, to go out and such. Of course I don't mind it, I love french guys and find them so attractive! Around here where I go to university there seems to be a lot of french people who study here, or most the time are visiting. And when i'm on a night out, I always meet a group of them who are so nice and really complimentary and sweet. Even my friends says that the french guys always like me, sometimes the whole group of friends, which is weird? But I wonder what about me attracts them, before they even know me. If it helps i have tanned/olive skin, dark brown hair and brown eyes.. If anyone can make sense of this please tell me? I can't understand why it's always them...

Experience has told me they just go for it, no reserve or anything. Your dark, which some parts of France they are so could be that.Plus if there are alot of french guys where you live they will on law of averages be alot about to flirt.
I dated 2 in the past and they are the most romantic and attentive men,so respectful. Not to mention the amazing accent. Dont wonder why, just see where it goes if they date you.

I echo the anon female in their forwardness. I've come across several French men who just don't take, "No" for an answer when it comes to the ladies.
Perhaps you should ask the next French man who hits on you what attracted him to you.

reader, anonymous, writes (25 April 2012): French guys tend to be more *Forward* than the british guys. The french guys don't care if they get rejected, they'll keep trying! XD Why do I say this? Because when I went to france for my school trip (at age 15) I learnt that not only did I seem attractive to them (the language barrier wasn't good, though "So, er, where you from?" "UK?" "Que?" "Britain?" "Que?!" "England?!" "Eng-Land!"), but the british guys can be bloody useless.
Er, Anyway. You are considered HOT to them. It sounds like you're enjoying the attention. So stop wondering why, and enjoy it!
