 Well talk to him and tell him how you feel. Am sure you both can have fun together over the phone or web. Teasing each other can add a bit of spice in to the relationship, especially because you don't see each other that much. Tell him although you want to remain a virgin you do get horny and you wish you could both have a little bit of harmless fun over the phone or web. Just ask him how he would feel about that.  Masturbate more? For most women sex doesn't result in an orgasm anyways, it's mostly touching/rubbing/oral sex, things you can do if you are still a virgin (I'm not sure what oral sex counts as but it's not penetration).
