 When you are over 16, and possibly even 18, as 18 is the law in some parts of the world.
Whn you are ready you won't be asking. There is so much peer pressure, and pressure from boyfriends, so don't fall into this trap. When you are too young, it is likely you will feel like a child playing at an adults game.
In a couple of years time, it will feel very different, and a more natural thing.
You need it to be special, and a thing that you don't rush into.

 you know u are ready for sex when u are 100% sure you are in love with him and that he is 100% sure he loves u also its helpful to fallow the bases tak each base at a time not all in a month but maby all in 7 months but sex complicates alot of relationships expecially at your age
