 Really, you need lubracant, i think condoms have a little lube on them as well so it might make it easier. It better for the girl to go on top for her first time so she can decide how far she wants you to penetrate into her so it doesnt hurt x

 Your best bet for the first time is probably going to be missionary. More important than that is to get her as worked up as possible before hand, that will make things a lot easier for her. If she's comfortable with it, spend _plenty_ of time going down on her. This will help a) get her hot and bothered, b) get her wetter, and c) if you give good head, everything else after that will be good times. You might want to use _gently_ finger her for awhile to help her get used to it. If she's used a vibrator or dildo it'll go a little easier, but just be slow, be gentle, use lots of lube the first time and remember - this is not a porn with you as the leading man.  The most gentle position for your partner would probably be the basic missionary (Boy ontop) as you will be able to control how deep you penetrate and the speed that you do it. Take it one step at a time and make sure it's what you both want before it happens.

 It'll vary between girl to girl, some girls will get a huge amount of pain from their first encounter of sexual intercourse and some will barely feel anything.
There is no right/wrong position to make it less painful; you should start with missionary, as its a very simple relaxed position where your partner can relax on her back - you have more control over the depth/speed of your actions.
You do need to communicate with your partner during, asking her questions - how it feels, slower, faster, deeper / less - follow her instructions so she can get enjoyment out of it.
