What time of day should you weigh yourself?

are you supposed weigh yourself at night or in the morning? i thought it was at night but my friend says its in the morning? please help

brooke5426 agony auntin the morning, when you've just gotten up and been to the toilet but before you have eaten anything. dont weight yourself too much - you'll be confused as hell because your weight changes throughout the day.

and make sure you weigh yourself in the same place in the house. for some reason i am a few pounds heavier in the bathroom than i am in my bedroom - something to do with the floor being slightly uneven in the bathroom according to my dad

But I dont think it matters what time you weigh yourself aslong as its around the same time every time you do it.
