I wasn't too bothered because after a past relationship I chicken out when it starts getting more serious than I thought. But I think I'm starting to like him, I don't know what on earth to do. What do you think I should do? He said he doesn't know what the future holds (meaning we could happen) but I don't want to scare him off because I'm insecure about just about everything. so if anyone cold give a bit of advice on what I should do next, I would be grateful.

Well he is right where he says he doesn't know what the future holds. But honestly, my dear, i suggest you take some time n reflect on your situation. Even you don't know what the future holds.
Give it time, you might change your mind as well. you do deserve someone who wants to be exclusive to you. Do not jump to any conclusions. It's too early for that. The great affection you feel for him might just be the reflection of your comfort with him.
