It does take a little time for recovery for MOST guys. I was thinking out of my head for a minute there...
It’s hard to describe that pain, but it’s like a numbing pain. A guy can recover from in a while but it keeps him from ejaculating any time soon. I guess it’s the body's way of saying: I have to produce more semen for the next shot, so leave me alone!

 In my experience, after a guy ejaculates, he's usually pretty sensitive down there and sometimes added stimulation can be TOO much, almost painful.
