what is the best way to deal with a broken heart? like if someone u love turns out to be not so in too you. I'm also v angry bout how he treated me sometimes when he was drunk and how i let him behave that way. He made me dump him by being mean but it stills feel like i was dumped?? What is the best way to deal with this and how do i stop myself feeling c**p every time i see him from a distance? havent spoken to him since i texted him. and i changed my number since. there so many unanswered questions. should i write him a letter or just get on with my life??

It's like any mistake. You need to move on and not repeat the mistake. Don't date boys who don't show you the respect you deserve. Feel a little sorry for the boy. Imagine how poor a life he will lead if he only gets to date girls with low self esteem.
