writes:I'm in a relationship with a man who has 2 children with a ex girlfriend (1 isn't his but he raised him as his own). We have been together for 6 months now and he refuses to tell his ex about me. They broke up over a year ago. He says its because she won't let him see the kids. I do understand his fear but i hate being kept a secret. They go out regulary as a family which when this happens i do not hear from him or cannot call him. He stays with me nearly every evening, but on occassion has stayed at his ex's after a day out. He's told me also that she has asked him back several times, even though they argue a lot (which i have heard personally when she calls him). I just dont know how to feel, am i wrong for wanting his ex to know about me, it makes me feel like his bit on the side without her knowing

Im afaird it doesnt sound good, you ened to give him an ultimatum, either he tells her or you're over. its not fair on you and I can only see one reason for keeping this a secret, thats if somethings still going on with them
