Again, if you are not used to deep penetration, that may also be the reason.
And I agree, 13 is far too young an age to be having sex. You aren't prepared for it mentally, physically, or emotionally.

 There's even a possibility that the two are not related to one another. There have been times when my partner has come down with stomach pains after a bout of vigorous sex (yes, we still DO that!), and it's been due to something else completely.
But if it does persist, by all means see your doctor. Internal problems are nothing you want to mess around with.

 If you used just your fingers, my love, then then I can't see how that would have caused your pain, it might just be down to period pains or even trapped wind, and could be a just a coincidence.
However, you say you had 'very rough' sex, did you by any chance use any kind of sex toy, or perhaps anything else of the sort?
Please, if you don't mind tell us more, otherwise, I would recommend you go to your doctor if the pain is really bad and continues.

I know that I have had sex a few times (with men) who have penetrated me hard enough and afterwards my lower tummy hurts too. It should go away in a few days once it heals.
