I have this guy friend who i have gotten really close to...we both went to the same high school and while in high school we both liked each other but never said anything..in our senior year he started dating this other girl and we slowly drifted apart...3 years passed and we found each other again on facebook and started talking again...it was wonderful we joked around talked about what we did and eventually started getting closer...we would tell each other our personal things and we confessed that we liked each other back in high school..we would hang out constantly and laugh together act silly and talk about ANYTHING!! we even started to fall for each other again and it turned to love...i LOVE this guy and he told me he loved me as well...but we never went out because of certain circumstances that stopped us from dating but we knew that this friendship that we had was very special...about a week ago he was going through something and i was really worried i did not know what to do and i wanted to help him...so i started to chat with his ex girl from high school who was my friend also...he told me that they have not talked since high school so i didn't see the bad in chatting with her and out of the sincerity of my heart i really wanted to help him and this was all i could think of...while i was chatting with her i found out that they are still dating!! and she had no idea about me..she called him at that moment to complain about it and he had the audacity to tell her that him and me hardly talk..me and him talk EVERY night since we meet up on facebook and that was for like 7 months...he told her that i was a stupid little girl with a stupid crush on him and that i wanted to destroy their relationship! i was so hurt he said that so surprised this was like a completely different man that i did not know...its hard for him to say i love you to someone so when he said it to me i know it meant something...but now all this came to the surface...he was angry with me for calling his "ex" and told me to stay out of his life and business but i did it cause i was worried for him and didn't know what else to do..did he ever loved me? what about those really special moments we shared..all the things we talked about...all those things we shared? did he really not care at all?? its been about a week since we talked and i miss him so much he was my best friend but i cannot go back to him not after what hes done to me..how do i forget him?

 the best way to forget him is to get on with your life. Accept he wasnt the person you thought he was, keep your self busy, build your self a nice life and just get on with it.
