Lastly, as Smiles said, even though you regret it you need to make sure that if you don't want to get pregnant, you play it safer next time. You were lucky it was just after your period and not later, because you would've had that higher possibility. You have had your warning, and it could be your last.

If you know the cycle of the egg etc etc etc then you should know that one is released every two weeks. Since it was 'right after' your period, its unlikely that one was released.
The swimmers can live in there for 1 week, so again, unlikely as the Maths doesn't add up. If your really worried, follow the usual steps of getting a pregnancy test and seeing a doctor.
