In doubt? As the other person said, smell it. If it smells like semen, you know it's not hers...

 It's probably her own lubrication. It tends to build up around the opening and the base of your penis. It tends to be slightly thicker than semen and fairly close in color, but a quick smell test should determine who it belongs to very quickly. But if she's very wet and aroused it's not unusual for her lubrication to build up and look like semen. If it's really stuck in the folds of her labia it could also be an oil secretion that all women have. Like I said, it's gross, but next time you're worried just do a smell test.
